• Demo booking requests: Name, email address, Shopify store name, Shopify plan, industry, and any additional message.

• Shopify app usage: When you install MobiVogue from the Shopify App Store, we receive your store name, store URL, and Shopify-provided merchant profile data. We do not store your customers' personal data.

We also collect information automatically:

• Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, and browser type via Google Analytics 4.
• Cookies: We use cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. See Section 6 for details.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and demo requests
• Send you transactional emails (booking confirmations, form acknowledgements)
• Send our newsletter and product updates (only with your consent)

• Provide and maintain the MobiVogue Shopify app for your store

• Contact & demo form submissions are retained in our Google Sheet for up to 2 years or until you request deletion.
• Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data is retained for 14 months as per Google Analytics 4 defaults.
• Shopify app data is deleted within 30 days of you uninstalling the app.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Data portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.

By using our website or app, you consent to the transfer of your data to these countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
